No but i just bought the mod from GS Motorsports a while ago that lets you turn it off all the way and turn on the fan when you want to (the fan will still turn on automatically but if you want to turn it on anytime besides that this will let you). It wasn't very expensive, it works great, and it was quite easy to install. Oh and the 2 switches mount under the dash where they are totally unseen but still very easily accessable for the driver. They also don't require any drilling or anything it mounts using stock attachments for the dash.

In the SRT's push the traction control button in once, and you will see the little squiggle on the dash. This is partial mode where you can have some fun and it will still catch up to you if things get to far out of hand. To fully disable, after the first step push it in a second time and hold it there for about 10 secs or till you hear a ping and on your evic it will say fully disabled. Now all ya gotta do is go down to the tire shop and order a new set of rubber because you will surely need it. Enjoy.
