Cool Choose the color of your new Challenger.

1970 Dodge Challenger Color Chart. 1970 E Body Color Comparison Chart. 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda Color Chart.

Members can choose which links to look at depending on their bandwith. The charts can also be enlarged by clicking on them.

A while back, wirewilly posted that a few of the "high impact" colors that were popular back in the original Challenger days would be available on the 2007 Charger. It is likely that Dodge would also make them available on the new Challenger. With that thought in mind, and stuff that I hadn’t gone through in decades, in hand. I decided to put together a comprehensive list of colors for members to choose from for their new Challenger.

I went with 1970 because colors like "SubLime" were only offered up to that year. Therefore, some 1971 colors are not listed. Further, I can only poll 10 choices so black and white are not listed. You can vote for any color you want in a post if it is not in the poll. Recognize, that different monitors will not display the colors the same. In addition, I found that different paint manufacturers spell the name of a color in a variety of ways. So, I just went with the most popular spellings. Any members with additional material or information to add, please do so. Thanks, Sandy.

As an additional aid, you may want to try Rampant2's Concept Challenger Painter.

I'd really like to see what it looks like in Vanishing Point White, but of the choices listed, I'd go with the Hemi Orange.

I would go with black roof, silver bottom, purple hemi stripe.

By the way, thanks to whom ever did this. Its really neat.

If only single tone is offered, It will be lime or orange, more depending on what i see more.Id rather have a second choice color than wave to all orange cars when im in one tooI agree, the hemi orange is incredible on this new car.

Well, I thought I would want "Plum Crazy"
but after using the concept painter program - I am thinking light blue with white stripes to match my Durango, and My Indy Pace truck.

I checked Orange for the survey but truth be told I told my wife I'd let her choose from Orange (to match my 70 Conv.), Red (her favorate color), Black (I have never owned a black car and not often seen in HOT-Dusty Phoenix), or Silver. I'd actually like Sublime (had one once), or Plum (always wanted one), but not real practicle for driving every day to work. They already know me to be a "gear head", I don't want any more attention than the Chally will already bring.
I'd be thrilled to see them bring back most of the 70' colors!

Hey Sandy, what's the temp up there these days? Going to be 73 here this weekend, so look for me at the TPC Open on TV. I'm not a golf fan but with 150,000 folks having a party on the greens, it's a great social event.
Later... rpm

Hey, make sure when you all "ink" the deal that you have the dealer write up "Pre T/A" option and have them include installation of a front and real spoiler a year later when it comes out (if you decide to buy it). While it's not sure thing to have some "RARE" dealer option being valuable some day, here is your chance to stack the deck in your favor if the cars become collectible.
I'm with you Moparman, the biggest motor a six speed and few if any options other than air (and something to plug an Ipod into for sound)

Let's just say it's a good thing that all the brass monkeys are safely inside.
