Radio for the Chilly Challenger

Gentlemen,
As I staed in my other INTRO threads, I can't believe it's taken me this long to actually join and post - but it's not the easiest site to find - or the most popular yet!!
I'm exaclty half-way (?-Debatable as to what is half-way...) through my '74 Challenger complete restore: she's stripped, primed and parts are ordered. Needs to be painted and put back together. Half the parts are NEW and half need to be refurbished. Engine (hopped-up 318) is done!
The fun will soon begin, as soon as I get past the (hardest??) part of the final wetsand and painting it in and out.

SO - the CHALLENGE for ya' is in this forum is: any advice for me on re-installing the sound ystem (as much as it was in 74!)? I want to re-install the original radio (had to buy one off e-bay) and set in some 6x9's in the shelf, but I may also want to add something up to date, hidden, or attahed to the oldie system.

You are the masters, you have the experience, experience is meant (and fun) to be shared and I'm askin'!!
Thanks in advance and look forward to posting many replies!

Here's the BEFORE stage....
