The intake and tuner would probably net you about 30 horsepower, crank, bringing you up over 450 horsepower. Definately best return for the buck but don't expect to see much improvement in MPG, maybe 1 or 2. The exhaust will have the biggest affect on mpg. I am not a believer in putting a ported manifold on stock heads since all this would do is slow down the velocity of the air going in to the engine. I did tune a customers car and they made about 5 horsepower more than I expected with the manifold on there, so at high rpm it did make just a couple of horsepower but not enough in my mind to justify the price. If you do ported heads, then I highly recommend the ported manifold.
