Every car I own has a Kicker system (even my mud toy jeep on 42" IROKS has a Kicker marine system w/ solo-baric 12) except my wifes Durango which has full custom Memphis Audio system( 2-12's and a baby belle amp) The "stock" Kicker system has enough bang for its buck to compete. If you lost mids and highs when you installed the subs did you by-pass the amp?

no it never had the thump in the first place. thats the first thing i noticed when i pulled out of the dealership. and it only sounds like a rattle can if you dont do it right. and i just want to be able to hear the mid bass has great low and high but no mid
