side stripes on new challenger?
Did a quick search didn't find anyhing....
Does anyone besides me think the new car needs side stripes 70/71,or T/A Possably a triple split 71 style r/t strip, with srt instead of rt at the end. |

I think it would be cool to put it on the R/T and have it the same design as the older ones. I am happy with the current stripes on the SRT. Plus that would be a cool way to distinguish performance levels. Hood stripes for SRT, Side stripes for R/T, Plain for SE.

We will be doing all of the Retro Stripe Styles for the new Challenger when it arrives. 70 T/A, 70 R/T below the body line, 71 Split R/T, and variations of these as well. We will also be doing Hood Stripes in different designs.
If anyone has any Ideas or suggestions, please let me know. Last edited by Ridergraphix.com : 04-17-2008 at 12:37 AM. |

Actually Dodge is suppose to be releasing several retro style stripes. Look for these around September when they release some additional accessories aimed at the R/T models.

Are you matching the carbon fibre type stripe like on the hood?
Triple split(1971 style) srt would be interesting to see! |

A Triple '71 Style Stripe with SRT is one of the ideas I have on the list to look into.
As far as the Carbon Fiber, I have done some research and have pricing on Carbon Fiber Vinyl. To get the exterior grade material that will last longer than a year, it is very expensive. If there is enough of a call for it, we will possibly be able to buy a large enough quantity to bring the cost down a bit. The other issue is being able to find the Carbon color and pattern that matches the OEM Hood Decals. If that is not as much of a concern as I am anticipating, it will be a go for sure. |

I have sketches I made up, but nothing to post as of yet due to competitors and ebay design theives. When we have a car to make templates with and are ready to start cutting, we will roll out designs as they are done. As with the Charger, we will be constantly adding to the lineup as we come up with new designs and our customers give us new ideas.
We will have a variety of Side Stripes and some Hood Stripes as well. Any other design ideas will be considered and are appreciated.
