speaker sizes?
I have not had a chance to find out what all the speaker sixes are. the kicker system is nice, but i am a young guy i like loud stupid music with lots of mid and low bass. have put in 3-12's in the trunk and that makes it sound better, but has no mid bass or thump up front. any one know what them sizes are or what the doors are able to take? or am i going to have to fiber glass midbass drivers under the dash?

Why turn such an awesome car into a "rattle" can? The Kicker system is stronger than most people think. Every car I own has a Kicker system (even my mud toy jeep on 42" IROKS has a Kicker marine system w/ solo-baric 12) except my wifes Durango which has full custom Memphis Audio system( 2-12's and a baby belle amp) The "stock" Kicker system has enough bang for its buck to compete. If you lost mids and highs when you installed the subs did you by-pass the amp?

Give it up, Ball-Z-SRT8. I can already hear the body bolts loosening in Billy's Challenger !! I ordered the 378 watt system w/ MyGig. I had the 378 watt system in my '06 300-C and was very happy with it. I listened to rock (way too loud) for 30+ years and I can still hear this system very well; it has great sound quality. The Challenger will get enough positive looks from people; you don't have to grab their attention with "thump-a-bump" that they can hear a block away !!! Don't get mad, Billy....just my opinion.... I was happy when my son's subs blew up in his truck. He can actually hear traffic sounds around him now.

Yeah i too was in to loud stupid "bump-a-thump" when I was in my 20's. Now in my 30 plus-a-few I have developed a taste for quality in my music. I still have subs and amps with all the other goodies but, none of the vehicles they are in "rattle' . After talking to a very good friend of mine who is a car audio installer he suggests "that he stop while he is ahead. The most you should do to such a new car like the challenger is get the up-graded option and add another sub in a fiberglass box run to the factory amp. The amp should be a 5 channel and the sub line has enough power to push two subs". Mine friend also made a very good point,, a new car like this has not made it to enough shops to have installs so there are very very little parts to fix any screw ups made during install. I would rather have them hear my tires on pavement than the bolts that fall off.
