P.S. Love the new sig.!

I just hope whatever is under the hood makes it's way to production

And when I seen that photo I just knew I had to have it in my sig.

I wonder what kind of mufflers they have on it....sure isn't Magnaflow or anything like that . Kinda sounds like a carbureted big block with straight pipes, only quieter (just like what you would see in pro cars at the drag strip)

Chances are there aren't any mufflers. The period, that the concept Super Stock Challenger is paying homage to, is the late sixties/early seventies. Back then long tube open headers, some up to 52", were used to increase bottom end grunt.

The Hemi is the EFI version. http://www.challengerforums.com/foru...3745#post13745 Either or both of these will tend to mute the sound somewhat. That is until the Challenger is running wide-open down the track!!

Here are some 'thumbnails' of the Super Stock" body, chassis, and interior. Photos courtesy of our own xs29j8 and Hank @ moparts.org.

Cool Sox/Martin Pro Stock Tribute.

Friend took photos of it at the SEMA show... He also said, Mopar has NEVER had the presence that it did this year and that Mopar is HOT with the Hot Rod community like never before.

Just went to a Mopar only show weekend before last and now that our temps are constantly in the high 70's and low 80's it's really time to enjoy the cars with the tops down.

Later guys!
