HMM, the top link laid down matching black marks. I thought the R/Ts didn't have a limited slip differential. Does someone know for sure?
I know you can get the limited slip with the manual but I didn't think manuals were out?

well i had a manual before this car as a daily driver, and always stuck in traffic. It can get hairy somtimes juggling a big gulp and a hotdog lol. But i will never own another automatic. I want to shift when i wanna shift, not when the car thinks it should.

Custom Exhaust

Anyone out there had a 2.75" or 3" custom x pipe exhaust made? I want a good sounding exhaust that doesn't drone in the passenger compartment too bad. Maybe I'm cheap but think I can probably get a good custom exhaust made for a lot less than the Magnaflow or Zoomers guys want for their stuff. Did I miss something or are they putting gold in stainless steel these days?!

I'm wondering about the exhaust note myself. Awhile back I test drove a Daytona Charger, an at idle it was quiet, but step on the gas an she had a real nice growl to her, are they gonna do the same to the R/T or are they going to put some whisper quite exhaust on them?

This is an email i got from a customer. This customer called and her husband has a HEMI Magnum with MDS. She said the Borla catback sounded like it had a lawn mower in the trunk.
She ordered the Corsa and I asked how they liked it. Here's the response.

"Hey, Bob...just wanted to let you know that we just got home from picking up the Dodge after the new exhaust installation. Corsa did it again...Crackle...pop...vrooooooom....we love it. It sounds just like the one we put on the Corvette. Couldn't be happier. Only problem is that Charlie doesn't want to turn off the engine and come in from the garage. Keep selling those Corsas. We are their best advertisements...most especially in that we will put one on every car we buy. Thanks for all your help and input."

I believe that the R/T automatic has a single muffler like the SE but the
6 speed has 2 bottle resonators instead of the muffler.
This statement was (from memory) from the August 2008 issue of Mopar Action.
So the 6 speed should sound pretty good straight from the factory.
Mine should be in soon (it's in JS status now). I'll let you guys know how it sounds.

My current ride doesn't have the bluetooth option so it REALLY gets tough when you're scarfing a hotdog, gulping a drink and talking on the cell phone...while shifting in traffic...... In reality, the hotdog becomes a cold dog, the drink loses its fizz and I don't talk much on the phone when driving a manual...but it's worth it... Hey, the new R/T has the bluetooth hookup....so I can still talk while I'm shifting !

The bluetooth isn't standard on the R/T is it?
