Well they had my car for over 3 months I think and when I called to get details I was told that engineers were still figuring out the kit and that I could come get my car, get a refund and when the engineers were done I could bring the car back again. Upon calling the next week to see what day the car would be available to pick up I was told that it would be ready in a couple days and that they have another RT lined up for the install that they could use and they will just let me know when all the bugs are out and everything before putting a kit on mine. Now I've received the car back stock and got nothing for the time they had it and no promise that I can bring it back in. I've emailed my contact there 3 times asking if/when I can bring it back (been over two weeks since got it back) and no replies. I think this all stemed from me calling there asking what's up with my car. I didn't even call for a month and then I never got any details unless I really called alot and now they're probably mad at me. I don't know what will happen but I think so far this is pretty crappy. They used my ride for all their research and developement and then just said here you go and we'll let you know!

Well if anybody knows anybody down there maybe someone can help me out. I just wanted to be informed about my car and next thing I know I'm the bad guy and who knows if I get the kit and if I do what it might cost now!! Thanks!!

I got an email from Jason at Procharger a couple of weeks ago and he told me that they are still using my rt for their beta car but they have no room i their warehouse to store my car and he would be in contact with me when the engineers are done with mapping everything out. Thanks!

I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but they are taking you for a serious ride (no pun intended). I would find a new shop, even if you have to drive a bit further to get it done. Just my .02.

So could you please elaborate on why you are saying this? Do you have some insider knowledge I should know about? If I have to go somewhere else I will. House of Boost I heard is very good here in KC. Here is the exact email Jason sent me......

"I have been unavailable since I got back trying to catching up. Here is the deal. I will honor our original agreement to use your car to put a blower on. However at this time I have several other projects to complete and do not have room to store the car. I will give you a call when we are ready for your vehicle. I cannot say when this will be. When we ware ready I will have a better estimate of time to complete the project. The original price will be honored as well. If you have any more questions please e-mail me as it will be easier to get a hold of me this way for the next week or so."

I did email him last week asking for an update but still no response. I hope you're not right because they did have my car for almost 3 months and I got nothing!!

How did you make out here? ProCharger is shipping me a unit as we speak for my R/T and claims it is the first one in the country for the 2009 with an automatic tranny. Luckily, I have a friend of mine doing the install who is sponsored by ProCharger, so I know he has real connections there.
