That is a good one. But first off there is no way a Challenger even with those mods would come close to the 100k mark. I know it was built by GSM but come one now that's a little ridiculous it would come to maybe the same price as the cobra.

For it being built by GSM, that doesn't say much considering that it over heated on them.

I think that car would be a hole other beast if it had a 6 speed and lose a few lbs.

All and all I love both cars but if those were the real prices of them it would be cobra all the way.

It seems to me both cars are a bit excessive, with 725 horsepower. Neither is able to use the full power due to traction limitation so if you are not going to cut the car up and put in mini-tubs, bigger tires and the suspension mods to go with it, then you are paying for alot of unusable power. I would think that anyone here who is not going to actually race their car would do well to add a supercharger limited to no more than 9 lbs boost with stock internals. I know Kenne Bell is working on a system for the SRT8 which will likely add 150 to 200 hp. Their kits are usually under $7,000.

Buy a 6 speed SRT8, add in another few grand for suspension mods and brake/tire upgrades and you'll have a beast for just over $50,000 that will scare the crap out of most of you. That's my plan....

Both of the cars in the video are on street tires. Trust me a 700+ rwhp cobra will hook with a drag radial especially after being heated up like that. I owen on.
