2009 SRT ordered
Hi Lupoman,I am glad you know what you will get .Do you have a VIN yet.Here in Quebec,Canada,I ordered a SRT 2009 on June 23rd & have only a VON.The price is not even in the dealer computer.I concluded canadian dealer are very slow....

Congrats on your order for the Challenger.
I would be interested in where you got the info on the MSRP being raised. I ordered my SRT on 1 July and MSRP was $39,320. I got mine at invoice price. Got an auto trans with all options but sunroof (didn't want it) and my payoff is $40,913. Thats with a $500 military discount Here's my writeup. Sorry for the size but it's easier to read!

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the SRT-8 model come standard with the 13 speaker SRT sound system??

OOPS...answered my own question. Checked on Dodge.com last night. I did think that on the 08s it was standard. They probably jacked the price and cut the equipment. Oh well, less weight to haul down the drag strip. And, I am too old for that much sound. LOL

13 SRT High Performance Kicker speakers (8 locations) with a 322 watt digital amplifier and a 200 watt subwoofer amp.
That's in the SRT option Group II.

hey all I just ordred my 09 as well here in san diego, SRT-8 model loaded without sunroof. I am on the list also with a dealership up in LA as well. They did not make me put anything down. They both saw my Charger and want me to trade it in..lol. what ever, gives me a little more wiggle room. The dealer in SD said it should be in around Sept. perfect for my B-day present!!

The Brochure is out!! After seeing the U-connect in the brocure, i want it!! I thought it was just a hands free phone thingy, but its not!! Check it out 2009 Dodge Challenger brochure - Autoblog.
I had to email them to modify my build sheet a third time! lol
