OEM 245/45R20 Goodyears

This is my first post as a new Challenger owner (R/T, 6-speed) and since I can't help but wonder, one of my first actions on a new car is to check out the stock tires. I have the Goodyear RSA OEMs which are the 245/45R20 tires and I checked out their reviews on the Tirerack.com website. I'd post the link to the review but this is my first post so I can't. Anyway they get really bad scores under hydro-planing resistance, wet weather traction, and basically any other weather besides bright, dry, blue-sky days.

But, before I freak out and run out to blow a 800-1000 more dollars on the best tires I can, I wanted to see if I could get the opinions of other Challenger owners on these Goodyear OEM tires. So what's your own experience? Are they as bad as the reviews are making it out to be in any kind of wet weather? And naturally I have few plans to drive in snow but one never knows for me. This car is going to be my daily driver until at least the middle of next year.

i had the rs-a tires on my 07 daytona and ill tell you, they were the worst set of tires i have ever owned for wet days. i couldn't go around a turn at more that 10mph or the traction control would have to kick in to keep me from sliding all over the place. i would hate to see how they work in the snow. you would be much better off, and safer, to just spend the extra money and get a nice set of good all season tires like the toyo proxes st.
