Talking BMC Challenger Gets 'Retro' Black/Polished Mopar Wheels

Today we put the new wheels on the Challenger and I love the way they look! They are the 18" Mopar wheels that resemble modern day Magnum 500. Here are some pics!

We tried them with black lug nuts, but I didn't like those as much as the stock silver ones. Also, Billet Tech is making some custom center caps for us!

Wow, those wheels look awesome. They remind me of the Magnums of my old 70 Challenger

I saw some similar ones yesterday on a special edition b-5 charger
they were just like those and had srt on them.
i told them i wanted them on my orange srt8 challenger when it comes in. he was going to check on it for me.
if these are them they are going to look bad-az on the orange srt chally.
and they look real good on your black one!!!!

Those are the wheels I want when I get mine they look good and not to gaudy. Really makes the new challenger look more like the original.

I like 'em. Too bad they are only 7.5" wide. I need meatier tires on mine (when I decide to buy one).

How wide of tire can you put on the 18"/7.5" rim?

I think the recommended limit is a 235mm wide tire. Most of the old 16"x8" F-body wheels had 245mm wide tires. If the Challenger wheels were 8.5" wide, we could slide some 265mm wide tires onto it. Good grief, I was in the tire business way too long.

Love the wheels Lisa. Are you planning on lowering it?
