2009 Stock Challenger R/T Strip results
I ran my brand new 09 Challenger last Saturday with 570 miles on it. With me in it, the weight was an even 4100 pounds. The only mod is a K&N Aircharger intake. After playing with tire pressure and launch RPMs, my best time of the day was 13.6 @ 103.5mph. Not to shabby.

Nice. What did you find to be the best tire pressure, and launch style?
Best time with ESP on?

Tire pressure at 20psi. Launch RPMs at 900 to 1000. I'm running Goodyear F1 Supercar rears and the RSAs up front. I always shut the ESP off when I race. The CAI is the same as any other 5.7 or 6.1 from previous years. It bolted right up.

I just ordered the Modern Muscle machined throttle body. I also found out that the Borla system will soon be at a dealer near you for the Challenger. Come on income tax refund!!!

Ya borla is doing my exhaut right now. No long tube headers because the procharger wont work with them
but that alright because I'll have a procharger. It took them no time to get a system ready for me (quad tips included) so my guess would be that it won't be long until it is in retail.

I just got the Modern Muscle CNC ported throttle body from BMC Performance. It will be going on first thing in the morning. To bad the drag strips up here are closed.
Great service from BMC!!
