have you tried a nationwide search.?
on cars.com,, vehix.com,, dodge.com.?
There is one SE within 100 miles of me and its Torrid.
I found a DeepWaterBlue one in OK City but its not a 26G package.
Cars.com: 2009 Dodge Challenger SE

When was your DeepWaterBluePearl produced/painted.
Does this mean that they are painting DeepWaterBluePearl
and I should expect to start seeing them at the stealerships soon?
I am turning green with envy. How is it working out for you?
Any gripes about the quality? Are those true aluminum rims
or stamped steel with wheel covers. Did your come with a
spare tire? What do the keys and remote fob look like?

The one you see the pic of, is the one that WAS at Bob Moore in OKC..
It wasn't on their lot more than 5 hours and I drove off with it..
It was manufactured 11/03/08, but they have been doing the DWB for months now..
The problem is, so far there have been around 15,000 - 19,000 produced and only about 800 have been DWB..
and the DWB's are getting harder to find..

Here is a couple week old breakdown:
4,977 Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat
3,063 Hemi Orange Pearl Coat
2,357 Torred
1,562 Bright Silver Metallic Clear Coat
844 Stone White Clear Coat
837 Inferno Red Crystal Pearl Coat
813 Deep Water Blue Pearl Coat
598 Dark Titanium Met. Clear Coat.......

And I have heard that DWB will be discontinued after '09.. So you will never see an abundance of the DWB..
best thing is to go and order it if you can't find one anywhere..
I will recommend:
Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge
Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge 330-726-2777 x 203
as a good place to order from..
I have never bought a car from them, but I have heard many stories of him going out of his way to help his customers.. based in Ohio I think..
or
Fiesta Dodge
Fiesta Dodge 210-684-4000
same stories, out of San Antonio, TX

Or email Mike Billings @ Bob Moore Dodge
mbillings@bobmoore.com
He's the guy that got me mine..
Very customer oriented..

I am LOVING this car.. Inside and out I have not found anything to gripe about..
I am still learning about what it has...
Car is first rate and quality is first rate..
I keep saying SWEEEEEET.!!

They are not "wheel covers" on the 17" ,
the 18" has the 'chrome clad' cover..
(which is one of those things you get with the "G" pkg..)
btw: these are not the tires (in the pic) you can expect to receive with your Challenger..

No spare tire..

The key that comes inside the fob is only for the doors..
The fob itself is a big hunk of plastic shaped like a flattened grenade..
