Livernois Motorsports, located in Dearborn Heights, MI, specializes in Chrysler, Ford, and GM late model performance and tuning. Housed in a 36,000 square foot facility, we have an installation area with 15 hoists, 2 chassis dynamometers, an engine dyno, full engine machine shop and engine build facility, fabrication shop, cylinder head development center with 2 flowbenches and multiple CNC machines, retail parts showroom, and a show quality paint and body facility.

In addition to a custom line of in house developed CNC cylinder heads, rotating assemblies, and shortblocks, Livernois Motorsports' fabrication and machine shop can provide a reliable package for a daily driven street car to an all out race car. With the availability of parts from hundreds of manufacturers and the parts, Livernois Motorsports can supply you with virtually any high performance product that you may require.
Livernois Motorsports vehicle pick-up and delivery service has become popular on some of the other sites we sponsor, so I wanted to bring it to the attention to the members of this great site that this is a service we offer.

We realize that many of you are quite a distance from our Dearborn Heights, MI location and have interest in our services, but are not able to make the drive due to work and busy schedules.

We have a brand new single vehicle enclosed trailer or a two vehicle enclosed trailer if there are two vehicles in close proximity to each other. With this service, you can trust that you car will make it to our location and back to you safely, and with much more power than it arrived with!

Cost of this service varies based on a distance and the availability of our trailer.

Below are a few photos a customer took while we picked up his Pontiac G8 from Maryland with our two place trailer.

Dyno Services

Livernois Motorsports provides three dynamometer capabilities to dyno tune your vehicle or engine.

Our load bearing Mustang Chassis Dynamometer can handle speeds over 200 miles per hour and over 1700 rear wheel horsepower.

The Mustang Dynamometer allows for accurate tuning with integrated air/fuel and boost monitoring under real-world loading conditions. This means a safe tune with plenty of power.

Our portable Dyno-Jet Chassis Dynamometer can be used at our service center or set-up at your location. This system is accurate, easy to use, and very popular with car show organizers and car clubs. The mobile Dyno-Jet is available to rent, through Livernois Motorsports, for your next event.

Our Super Flow Engine Dynamometer can handle up to 2,000 horsepower and 10,000 RPM. Used on everyday street engines, to full blown race applications, our dynamometer specialists can maximize the performance of your engine before installing it into a vehicle.

These dynamometer capabilities allow Livernois Motorsports to sell combinations that work.
